We confirm fit before we confirm an order
Where a buyer has a defined specification, on moisture, purity, grade, packaging or documentation, we work to confirm it can be met before agreeing an order. Products are subject to appropriate inspection, and laboratory testing where applicable, ahead of export. If a requirement can't be met, we say so rather than accept an order we can't fulfil to spec.

Product Inspection
Incoming commodity is inspected against agreed specification before acceptance into stock.
Quality Assessment
Samples are assessed for moisture, purity and grade relevant to the commodity and order.
Proper Handling
Commodities are handled and stored to reduce contamination and quality loss ahead of shipment.
Packaging
Packaging is prepared to the buyer's specification and to withstand export transit conditions.
Storage
Prepared commodity is stored under conditions appropriate to the product ahead of dispatch.
Documentation
Export and commercial documentation is prepared in line with destination and buyer requirements.
Export Compliance
Shipments are prepared with reference to applicable Nigerian export requirements.
